Why did my credits reset?

Yes, paid subscriptions still have expiring credits! Here's how it works:

If you're using the Basic (free) plan, you'll note that you get up to 50 new credits replenished daily. This means if you sign up on Saturday and start with 50 credits, no matter how many you use, you'll start with 50 credits again on Sunday.

If you use 50 credits Saturday, you will start with 50 on Sunday.

If you use 10 credits on Saturday, you will still start with 50 credits on Sunday!

The same concept applies with our Pro and Premier subscription options, but with a monthly replenishment.

Pro subscribers receive 2500 credits per month. Whether you use 10 credits or all 2500, your next billing cycle will start with 2500 credits.

Premier subscribers receive 10,000 credits per month. No matter how many credits were used, the next billing cycle will start with 10,000 credits.
