You need to be at least 13 years old to use Suno.
In some countries, such as the Member States of the European Union, the age of consent varies from 13-16. If you live in one of those countries, you may only use Suno if you are over the age at which you can provide consent to data processing under the laws of your country.
If you don't meet Suno’s age minimum for your location, do not open a Suno account or use the features.
We ask for age-related information, like birthday, to personalize your Suno experience, and recommendations, and to help provide a better experience for the younger people in our community. We do not share your birthdate with third parties or others on Suno.
