Suno uses the term non-commercial use to refer to songs that you are not allowed to monetize. This generally applies to all songs made on the free plan, though some exceptions may be made on occasion, under various conditions. For the most part, you should think of making songs while not subscribed as a personal use experience, where you can listen on your own or share with friends, but cannot sell the material, distribute it to earning platforms like Spotify or a monetizing YouTube channel, etc.
