Does Suno provide Education pricing?

We're excited to share a new discount program for university students and teachers with eligible schools in the World Higher Education Database. Here's everything you need to know about our new discounted plan:

What is the student tier? 

The Suno Student Pro plan offers students one free month of Pro features, followed by 50% off at $5/month (regular price: $10/month). This plan makes Suno more accessible for university students who are driving musical creativity and innovation.

Is this available internationally? 

Yes! The Student Pro plan is available to students at eligible universities worldwide. As long as your university is listed in the World Higher Education Database (WHED) and you have an email address from that institution, you can sign up.

How do I sign up? 

First, create a Suno account using your university email address (.edu or your institution's domain). Once your account is set up with your university email, you can subscribe to get immediate access to a free month of Pro features, followed by the discounted rate of $5/month.

I'm a teacher; can I sign up?

Yes! If you have an email address from an eligible university, you can sign up for the student plan.

I'm a high school student; can I sign up? 

The Student Pro plan is currently limited to users with eligible university email addresses. High school students are not eligible at this time.

How do I know if my school is eligible? 

Eligible institutions are those listed in the World Higher Education Database (WHED). You can verify eligibility by attempting to sign up with your school email address.

Will this be available for other schools? How do I get my school added? 

We're currently offering the student plan to schools listed in the World Higher Education Database (WHED). If your school isn't currently eligible but should be, please email students@suno.com and we'll review adding your institution.

My email isn't working!

If you're having trouble with your school email, please ensure you're using your official university email address. If you still can't access the student plan but believe your school should be eligible, contact students@suno.com for assistance.

I'm a student signed in with a different email. Can this be applied to my existing account?

You'll need to sign up using your university email address to access this offer. To get the full offer including the free month, please cancel your current subscription and create a new account with your university email address.

I have a Pro plan; am I still eligible for this tier? 

Yes! However, you'll need to cancel your current Pro subscription first and then re-subscribe with your university email address to get the full offer, including the free month. If you simply switch plans, you won't receive the free month trial due to Stripe limitations.
