What is ReMi?

ReMi (pronounced "ray me") is our latest lyric generating model, available in Beta via Suno's Custom mode on mobile/desktop web browsers.

What's with the name? If you've ever heard someone sing a musical scale using Do Re Mi Fa Sol La Ti Do, you've heard of solfège - a system for teaching pitch in western music. Though the origin of how we landed on ReMi remains lore, it makes perfect sense that our lyric model includes this nod to music in the name!

Is it actually different than before? Yes! You can still choose to generate lyrics with our classic model, but ReMi will give you very different creative results. You may find the lyrics a little edgier, too.

How do I access ReMi?

• In the Create menu, ensure Custom mode is enabled.

• In the Lyrics field, click Write with Suno. In the field that appears, write a description of the lyrics or topic you want to generate.

• The dropdown menu on the right side will allow you to choose ReMi or the Classic model. Choose your lyrics model, then click Write Lyrics.

Remember: you don't have to keep generated lyrics exactly as they are. Try editing some lines, adding lyrics, or moving around certain phrases. You can change up as much as you want before making your song!
