If I subscribe, do I get rights for the songs I made before subscribing?

Subscribing to a Pro or Premier plan does not give you retroactive commercial use licensing for the songs made with a free plan by default. Songs made with Suno's free plan can only be used for non-commercial purposes. We may offer retroactive rights in certain cases, but this is not guaranteed and applies only to specific songs.
