What is Suno Speech (beta)?

Speech (beta) lets you create spoken audio from your own idea or script, with or without background music. You can guide the voice's tone, pacing, mood, and setting for stories, narration, announcements, intros, voiceovers, and more.

To get started, head to the Create page and select Speech (beta) from the creation options at the top.

When using Simple mode, you can describe what you'd like to hear without needing to write a full script. 

1. Select Simple under Speech.

2. Enter a prompt describing what you'd like to create, including details about the voice, mood, or background music.

3. Click Create to generate your audio.

For more control over what's spoken and how it sounds, you can write your own script and customize the delivery. 

1. Select Advanced under Speech.

2. Write or paste your text into the Script field.

3. Use the Tone field to describe the delivery, including tone, pacing, mood, and setting.

4. Expand the Advanced settings to choose a vocal gender, turn background music on or off, and adjust Variety to control stylistic variation between generations.

5. Click Create to generate your audio.
   

Speech (beta) is available to all Suno plans.
