Albums FAQ
What's the difference between a Playlist and an Album?
A playlist is a compilation of songs and can include music from multiple artists. An album is a body of work associated with just one artist: you.
Can I still change my Album after I publish it?
Yes, you can add, remove, or reorder your songs, and edit the title, description, or cover art at any time.
What's the difference between an LP and an EP?
LP (Long Play) means a full album. EP (Extended Play) means a shorter release, just a few tracks. Either way, it works the same on Suno, LP vs EP is just the label you pick.
Can I add someone else's songs to my Album?
No, albums can only include your own songs.
Can I save other people's albums to my Library?
Yes, from the Albums tab you can browse and save albums made by others.
Do all my songs need to be published before I can publish my Album?
No, but publishing the album will publish any unpublished songs in it too.
If I add a new song to an already published Album, does it get the Album's cover art?
Yes, as long as "Use album cover for all songs" is turned on.
What happens to a song's artwork if I remove it from an Album that used the Album cover?
It reverts back to the song's original artwork.
