Yes. Download limits apply to your full Suno library, including songs you created before the new download limits took effect.
If you're a Pro or Premier subscriber, downloading an older song will count toward your current monthly download allowance unless you've already downloaded that song before.
You can still listen to and share your songs on Suno even if you reach your download limit.
