What’s New in v5.5

As always, when we are ready to share a new model, we believe it represents a substantial change for the better. v5.5 is no different; we think this model is the most expressive model yet, with the most personalized characteristics ever. Now when you create songs in v5.5, you get to put more of you into your music.

v5.5 powers Voices: the next step from Personas

In addition to being the best sounding model, we’re also launching Voices. An evolution of Personas (which captures the essence of a song and allows you to recall style elements), Voices also captures the essence of your voice so you can finally hear what you sound like in your Suno songs. For singers, you can demo new songs with Voices without having to set up a mic or be in a Studio. For non-singers, you’ll now be able to hear your own voice in your songs, maybe even for the first time. 

Custom Models

Pro and Premier users can now create up to three of their own model variants. Custom Models let you tune v5.5 to your style and sound by uploading your own tracks made outside of Suno. The result is a personalized version of the model that sounds more like you. 

My Taste

Available to all users, My Taste is established using your preferences, such as the genres you use most often, etc. giving Suno the opportunity to get to know your taste much better.
